Amazing breakfast. Super friendly staff.

Stayed overnight gor the New Years Eve Gala dinner. Organised this through Tina in the hotel who was most helpful. The reception staff were very very welcoming and helpful. The event was very well organised and the singer was amazing , kept us in the dance floor all night. Food was wonderful and very warm on service. Waiters and waitresses worked hard all night. Rooms were beautiful and inviting, and temperature just right. I loved my stay here and would deffo book again. Low score on sleep quality, just because the fire alarm went off 3.40am 👀

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. We attended the New Years Eve gala ball. The room and tables were tastefully decorated. Food generally good but main course was a let down unfortunately. Beef wellington overcooked and Chicken supreme was served as plain chicken.

Booked a flexible stay that could be extended or curtailed. Got a reasonable rate on the hotel’s website. Very comfortable room, well maintained and cleaned. Excellent breakfast and evening meals.

We stayed as a family of 4 in December when visiting the enchanted gardens. This was our second year doing this and once again we had a fantastic stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotless and so warm and homely. The lady on reception was so kind to our two children and made sure the bar staff knew their favourite drink! Little things like this mean so much when on a family break. The family room is spacious, modern, beautifully decorated and clean. Thank you for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back next year !!
