Too much water wasted in shower because of handle. Has to be full blast to achieve warm temperature & bottom spout never turned off partially filling tub.

The property was beautiful and there's a lot to do.

I was told the rooms are timeshares and could be rented by the owner which could cancel anyone's reservation unless you're already checked in. It was a busy 3 day weekend and I couldn't imagine if after driving 3 hours anyone would be able to deny their room.

Love the setting for this property and how well it is maintained. This was our 3rd visit in 10 years and they have kept the units very nicely updated. We like being upstairs, but the 16 stairs are pretty tiring at the 6–7000-foot altitude. Learned today at check out, they offer "luggage assistance" when checking in and out, never knew that! We will be back and upstairs, I hope!
