Lovely comfy beds, nice little space with a good terrace. Washing machine with washing powder was really handy and great air con. Peaceful area too.

Nothing to not like at all, good for the money and Goran was very accommodating. The joker mall was very handy being so close by. The beach is more like a 40 minute walk than 25 but is fine if you like to walk as we do. My only suggestions Would be: the shower was lovely but needed to be fixed as the shower head kept sliding down,and it could benefit from having a toaster and a few more glasses.

Everything, our host is very considerate, going the extra mile to supply fresh fruit, sweets, and cooking condiments.The studio apartment is well equipped and very comfortable

The apartment is generally clean. The host is very nice and responsive. Parking is just in front of the apartment.

The host should not advertise that the apartment has a tumble dryer as there is none.

It came with a washing machine when I desparately needed to do some washing. Also an iron and ironing board. It also had a fridge and full kitchen including filter coffee machine.

The facilities are complete.The room is spacious.There is a washing machine, which is very practical.15 minutes walk to the old town.There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.The host is warm and considerate. Free parking is available on the side of the road.

The water heater has a small capacity, so the bathing needs to be fast.

It was clean. The owner was very nice and helpful even if little english. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. We always had hot water for both our long shower and to do laundry. The little terrace is nice to have even if it is a busy street. Quiet in the apartment. Nice fruits and candy upon arrival. Salt pepper and sugar as well as coffee. Also the best value considering the prices in Split is to take a boat ride( we took the pirate ship). For 60 euros pp, you get to swim in different places ( blue lagoon, museum under the sea, etc), it includes your snorkel, a light breakfast juice and water, and a great lunch. ( fish or meat), that alone would cost you at least 50 euros). A great day from 930 to 6pm. We met great people too

This is more improvement than dislike. A toaster would be nice to have. The light over the stove doesn’t work, and the stove burners dont work if on at the same time. The location is a bit farther than I usually like. It is not 10 or 15 minutes to the downtown but a good 27 min. Not a problem if you do it once a day. But if you come back after the beach and go back for dinner it is a bit far. We are 63 years old and in good shape. The bus is close by but not always on time. The beach is at 1 hour walk. That said Im not sure where other accommodations are so this was a good find.

Studio Leon-Sara is very cozy place with nice surrounding and communication with the owner was super smooth. Highly recommended.
