Spacious apartment that had everything we needed. The person who met us upon arrival was very friendly and welcoming. I felt refreshed at the end of my stay, definettly recommended!

The unit had everything you need and it was spotless clean. It was an easy 20 min walk to the old city, and having parking right outside was a huge plus.

We traveled in December and thought the unit was very cold, specially in the living area. You can turn the heat pump but that mainly keeps the room warm. We also had a few issues with the hot water, maybe a very small water cylinder for two people as the second person was doomed with almost cold water.

"A lovely spacious apartment on a peaceful side street, within walking distance of old town."

We loved this spacious apartment, and the location was so peaceful. It was ideal for us as we were self catering for breakfast. We particularly loved the outdoor terrace. Our host was very welcoming and respected our privacy. The apartment was a 15 minute stroll from the old town, but still easy enough to reach. A great apartment, good value and a great host. Thank you!

Schönes, kleines Apartment. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigt haben. Bei Ankunft war etwas Obst im Haus (leider waren die Orangen nicht mehr gut) und zwei Getränke im Kühlschrank. Goran hat uns pünktlich empfangen, leider ist sein Englisch nicht sehr gut gewesen. Via Übersetzungsapp konnten wir uns aber verständigen. Mit nextbike (Leihräder) konnte man sich in Split gut bewegen.

Our host was the sweetest and very accommodating! The place was a 20 min walk from the main shopping and restaurants/beach area, which is great, considering how difficult it is to drive around the old town.. I’d recommend this place to anyone (especially with how easy it was to park versus a popular hotel located in the old town area, as parking lots are pricey). Great great stay!

Great apartment, was a perfect fit for our needs. Well equipped and organized. A walking distance of about 1 km from the old town. The owner is very nice and friendly.
