"Very disappointed."

The beds, and location.

No exercise room even though sign pointing for exercise room. No amenities in room coffee machine or microwave just a television. Allot of money for allot of nothing.

"I would never stay at Sparks by Hilton again"

Close to interstate

This hotel was not in good condition. Room 122 should not be used for guests. There was hair in the shower, sink, and on the toilet. The bathroom was very outdated and clearly needed renovations. Old candy wrappers from previous guests were still on the floor, which suggests the room was not properly cleaned. Additionally, the room is located directly across from an exit door and the elevator, making it extremely noisy. Throughout the night, the door repeatedly slammed and guests were talking loudly. After driving for eight hours, I was only able to get two hours of sleep.
