Closeness to the airport

Pillows and bed were uncomfortable, no shower pressure, the ac buttons were all broken, the shower curtain was gross on inside at seams.

Large room and bed with many amendments. Change towels and cleaning products every day. Free garage. Good location near to the SF airport. Easy to navigate. Smooth booking process. Polite staff.

Great location, walkable shops and restos two back streets from the hotel, spacious room, attentive staff, 10-min walk to Caltrain, excellent value!

The water was splashing from the shower.

Clean room five mins from the airport for a fair price. Can’t complain!

There’s a car wash across the street that has huge fans that make a lot of noise. Probably only affects the rooms directly across from it, which we had, and it closes at night, so not a big deal and can’t really fault the hotel for something they can’t control, just something to be aware of. And really, you’d think the planes would be more of an issue, but all quiet on that front!
