La suite amplia, una decoración y ambientación particular. La limpieza de diez en todos los espacios. La atención del personal de limpieza y mozos excelente.

Primero que la recepcionista al momento del check out no me devolvió el voucher donde quedaron los datos de mi tarjeta, yo tampoco me acordé porque estaba pendiente de subir las cosas al vehículo, pero entiendo es algo que le corresponde al hotel percatarse de eso ya que es una exigencia exclusivamente de ustedes. Por favor exijo que sea roto dicho voucher. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es que el televisor no sea smart. A modo de sugerencia, que una suite no cuente con smart TV ni con la posibilidad de transmitir desde el celular resta bastante, teniendo en cuenta el valor de la habitación.

O quarto é espaçoso. A cama é grande e confortável. Ar condicionado funciona bem. Localização muito boa. Os funcionários são muito gentis.

1. A HIDROMASSAGEM NÃO FUNCIONA!!!! (THE JACUZZI DOESN’T WORK. LA JACUZZI NO FUNCIONA) Nós escolhemos o hotel e o quarto em função da hidromassagem, e ela não funcionou, mesmo após solicitarmos a manutenção. Ficamos as 4 diárias sem a hidromassagem funcionar. 2. Early check-in. Nós chegamos no hotel 3 horas antes do check-in. O quarto já estava livre e limpo, mas não nos deixaram entrar. Tivemos que pagar mais da metade de uma diária completa para entrar apenas 3 horas antes, apesar de o quarto estar limpo e livre. 3. É um hotel antigo, com instalações antigas. 4. O café da manhã é simples, com poucas variedades. 5. A gerência do hotel é muito rígida e inflexível. Não tentam ajudar, não facilitam em nada. Impõem regra em cima de regra. Não se preocupam com o hóspede.
