Extended Stay America Suites - Baltimore - Glen Burnie

The rudest people I have dealt with and I have stayed in many many hotels. They just kicked my sister (who is homeless) out today because they claimed my card did not go through. I called my bank as well as the card's fraud department. The people at the hotel NEVER ran the card for the room. They just wanted my sister out and then called the police. These are NOT kind or understanding people. Avoid this place like the plaque. They then called the police (who were very nice to my sister) and told them they wanted my sister off their premises. She is currently sitting on the sidewalk waiting for me to find her a place to stay. I will be calling corporate to report these people.

Nothing.

It was dirty, there was cops outside, guarding the place, the money that I paid for the room apparently wasn’t sent to the hotel so I couldn’t even stay there. Management was not helpful.

The rooms are very comfortable and has everything needed for an extended stay, front desk has all the kitchen things and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

For a smoke free building, you can tell it's not always been smoke free, the room smelled of old cigarette smoke.

The area didnt seem very safe at night. The card reader wasn't functional at the front desk. You definitely get what you pay for.

The housekeeping Corina did an amazing job o. My bathroom it smelled so go when she was done love her!!! I love that the staff know my name and greet me when they see me makes me smile
