they put me in a room that was already occupied … very uncomfortable experience

It’s right off the exit so easy access to highways

There’s not a lot around it - i encountered a couple of people pan handling at the traffic light. The room smelled very musty and there was mold in and around the shower.

I am a 77 year-old widow, who came to Maryland to do an inspection on my home due to threats by the HOA. I ended up homeless trying to take my home. I went to this hotel for shelter and it was the best thing I could’ve ever done because all of the staff, the HouseKeeper, Sara Was so wonderful. It was like having a family protect me. Everything was so clean and so nice and so welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers because the staff the front desk and everybody it’s very friendly and the hotel is clean. Well kept I have no problems coming back to stay here when I come to Maryland.

The location was great. The room was fine, except for the bath room. Everything was clean. The front desk personnel were very nice.

Getting in and out of the bath tub was scary. We decided not to shower. There were no bars or rails to hold onto. We are 85 and 89 years old and we were afraid of falling. The breakfast was totally not our type. Sorry, but we will probably stay someplace else next time.

PRICE GOUGING CHARGING MORE THAN DOUBLE THE RESERVED RATE!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! NO CILUSTOMER AEVICE TIL AFTER 9AM UNACCWPTABLE! CAUSED ME TO LOSE ALMOST A GRAND ON WORK PAY TODAY DUE TO HAVING TO LEAVE UNEXPECTEDLY AT 11AM TO FIND ANOTHER (AND CLEANER) HOTEL AS THEY ARBITRARILY DOUBLE ++ THEIR RESERVED PRICING ON PEOPLE ALREADY STAYING!! Please STOP calling my room to ask if I am renewing!! Your parking lot is half empty and ur not booked up! I need to sleep and you wake me by calling my room! Please stop!

I stayed in the Extended Stay in Bel Air from Monday, June 2 to Sunday, June 8th. I was pleased with the Night Clerk Alaya and the service she provided. I had to go back to the front desk because my card wouldn't open the door. Alaya immediately figured out what was wrong and corrected the problem. My wife called the next day and said she was adding 2 more days to my stay because she realized I didn't have a lot of time to see family and friends . When I arrived back at the hotel, Alaya said on your wufe called and added 2 days. She quickly added the 2 days and took my card to pay. I also picked up the free kitchen plates and utensils that I had missed the night before. The room was roomy and comfortable. I cooked several meals in my kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. My only small complaints was the shower did not have a lot of power, and the tv was a little small and was hard to get to come on.
