Bra läge mitt i Västerås. Bra frukost.

Mycket lyhört från gatan och inifrån hotellet. Vi vaknade många gånger under natten av bilar med hög musik och skrik utanför. På morgonen var det musik inifrån hotellet som väckte oss klockan sju. Svårt att nå bilen under kvällstid om man parkerar i garaget. Tidigare fanns det direktåtkomst från lobbyn, nu måste man gå ut och runt huset. Dessutom behövde man en kod som vi inte fick tillgång till först så det var nära att vi fastnade i hissen.

Älskade våffelmaskinen o våfflorna på frukosten. Bra läge nära mitt i centrum.

Frukosten innehöll medtadels fläskkött. Man kunde haft kycklingköttbullar och korv som alternativ. Gamla anslutningar i rummen. Inga usb anslutningar. Kräm o schampo luktade doftade inget alls. Önskade gärna med doft. Jättetråkiga och torra vakter på hotellet.

I have stayed at many hotels through our the world and some have been food and some have been bad.. This hotel experience belongs to the latter. I really have a problem with the name Best Western. It should just call it self Western. This way it does not promise more than it can keep.. I had booked the luxury room and to be quite frank there is no luxury.. Very disappointing. I the room there is a iron, but no ironing board. She I asked in reception I was told that they were stolen and that they therefore have established an ironing room on the 5th floor.. Well yes it a room and yes there is a board.. The bath-rope that is advertised is no longer in the room. It can however be picked up in reception on demand.. It really was d disappointing experience. I think that next time I am in Västerås, I will go for another hotel 🛏️
