Traditions Hotel & Spa Johnson City - Binghamton, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The location is great, but the hotel staff was rude. The breakfast is uneatable, frozen bagels, etc. We couldn't sleep in our room because of the noise they did not give us another so we left after one night.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Would prefer in-room refrigerator.

Reasonable price for the area. Quiet location. Man working in the kitchen area was helpful and nice.

The front desk person didn’t seem happy or welcoming. The small coffee area could use the simple addition of flavored/sweetened creamers. Rooms don’t come with a fridge/microwave.

Well maintained and attentive staff. I also liked the availability to charge my vehicle.

Small bar. Not enough staff in the spa area.

Absolutely amazing! Cleanliness is the most important thing for me, and this hotel is spotless. Fresh, snow-white towels, and their shampoo is simply a hidden gem! The surroundings are beautiful, with stunning views, and everything is so well maintained both inside and outside. I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely thank the staff for such a wonderful stay
