The staff were so accommodating, and professional. They did their best to help make my stay as comfortable as possible.

The carpet was filthy, the shower moldy, expected to ask for dishes-REALLY, the entry door was very hard to open, and when we informed management we were ignored. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again. BTW we travel to Chesapeake often.

By the time I check up, that’s when they send someone upstairs to go clean the room. The room was not even clean at all. They were flies everywhere more than 25 flies were killed. I couldn’t stay that night and I didn’t want to make a scene so I had to leave. I did not slept. It’s very very dirty.

Very very dirty place to be with flies everywhere so dirty please guys don’t go there. They need to change whatever owns this property.

The price was right, but everything there was obviously very heavily used. Sheets look like they are past replacing time, carpet was pretty rough, non-carpet areas sticky, furniture chipped, and water smelled a bit off. There was a dead cockroach in the same stairwell for at least 2 days. If you're a person just there for work it's fine, but I wouldn't want to stay there with a family.
