Extended Stay America Suites - Chesapeake - Greenbrier Circle

The location was good.

It took the front desk agent way too long to check us in, you could tell he was new and shouldn't have been working alone. He checked us into a out of service room that was down for maintenance. When we came back downstairs for another room he wasn't there and it took 20 minutes for him to return, when he did return he didn't have a clue of what to do about the situation so he had to call management. He finally got us into another room about thirty minutes later only to get there and the room had no towels and linen to shower. He finally brought the linen around 2am. It was an horrible stay.

Chanel answers all my questions completely days & days out!! I love her attention to detail …no 2nd guesting unlike others - n my TV remote came up missing after a week & just happened to have one after I went 2 & 1/2 days without when reasoned about it !! Even mentioned it could’ve been an old battery issue lol … it can now LoL even if you have to hide it!! Chanel Even shared corporate info when I inquired being an independent travel agent as I need to save more than ever !!!

No staff ….. budget hotel… We had to obtain trash can and TP and aroma from smokers outside wafted up to room ever day. Needs new carpet but pleasant for a budget hotel… no expectations except price validated what was purchased. Limited staff, but they were helpful.

My experience here has met all expectations. The staff is very helpful and nice and the hotel manager is very good at his job. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

I had an excellent stay—clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms with a full kitchen and reliable amenities. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. I’ve been here for a while and have never had a single noise complaint, which says a lot about how peaceful and well-managed the property is. Quiet, safe location with easy access to shops and dining. Perfect for both short visits and longer stays.
