The night shift lady receptionist is not pleasant and welcoming. She is more worried on her sleeping time while we just checking in. She ahld know the customer service etiquet. The bed we slept also were worn out needs replacemet

condoms stuck above door frames in hallways , smelled like bleach in room and faucets on sink and showers were rotten and had epoxy holding them together . bed was horrible. Will never stay here again. Even if it was free

It’s fairly clean , beds a fairly comfortable. Good food around the area. The front dest staff have been helpful and friendly. Just have to use stair if your room are upstairs. You can tell they are in the process of making it much better
