The improvements to the property are nice, the offered breakfast and coffee bar were great. Room was set up oddly with bathroom sink on outside of bathroom. Staff at front desk could be a little nicer.

"Good and spacious"

We stayed in 1 bedroom King Suite - it was OK for one night. Big enough space and decent. The kitchen had oven, hob microwave etc which was great. No baking paper for oven, no kitchen towel/paper, no sponge or washing up liquid but had a dishwasher and one tablet for it. Unfortunately, the mattress was way too soft (felt cheap soft) for our comfort. Breakfast was nice, and really kind and helpful lady working there.

My suite was specious and clean, well arranged and maintained. I moved to the hotel right after checking into another hotel in El Segundo that was terrible so this one was a welcome reprieve and change and I was able to book literally a day in advance.

"Picking up family from LAX in the AM is only 15min away."

Really nice room, cute courtyard, comfortable bed, and streamlined check in with my service dog. Walking distance to numerous food and drink options within 10min. They are currently doing construction upgrades so the noise was kept down until 10am. I chose this location because of picking up family from LAM in the morning and our BW Membership w/ the included breakfast. This is only 15min from Tom Bradly so I hung out until they got their luggage. I would totally stay here again! FYI, There is parking in the basement. It is kinda tight but not crowded.

This is our second year staying here. We were looking forward to our return because we knew how comfortable this place was. We were happy second time around too!

Elevator takes too long and the stairs were out of service. Also, getting out of the parking lot was a little hard due to the business next door.

"Lots of Loud Construction Right Now"

construction caused the front doors to not open without someone sitting there at all times to open it from inside. Elevators were down due to construction. Sidewalk outside is basically inaccessible due to construction. Loud.
