I enjoyed my room - it was very clean and the housekeepers did their job. Generally, the staff was nice. One of the receptionist helped me with looking for shops and places to go.

The food could be better overall - the croissant tasted stale. When the courtesy water glass bottle had ran out, the housekeepers did not refill it. I had to ask several occasions to be refilled/replaced as it said on the bottle that it can do so. On my last day, the receptionist was a bit rude I don't know why.

El hotel en general estuvo bien, con estacionamiento adecuado para el vehículo que llevamos y pudimos dejar el coche desde antes del check in para iniciar nuestra visita a Lisboa.

El piso de la moquete cercana al baño estaba húmeda y entrar al baño con pies húmedos resultaba peligroso y resbaladizo. También era resbaladizo el piso de la bañera del baño,

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, everything we needed.

The chiller wasn't working in the room, but was resolved by staff members on reception duties. Air conditioning unit in the room antiquated and didn't seem to be working correctly. Luckily we were there when the weather was cooler.
