Room was clean but the smoke detector had been trying down, the toilet was broken, the grab bar in the shower was loose and there was only two bath towels in bathroom when they knew there would be three people in the room. We had done the preregistration so we just had to pick up key but that didn’t happen. Had to give them our license and credit card all over again. So don’t know why we did it headed of time to just do it all over again.

They took Alice security deposit on me and I never have got it returned back it's a $100 security deposit so I advise y'all not stay at that hotel because they do not return back security deposits

I'm fixing to call my bank tell him I need my security deposit return back from that super 8 hotel there in Daytona Beach cuz they do not know how to return it they know how to take it out they don't know how to return your security deposit it's been over a week now and they have not returned it
