MESARI Cottage

In the 3 months that we have been in Indonesia, this definitely was the best value for money stay! So clean, fresh towels and sheets, good food and a beautiful view.

The cottages are very comfortable with a great view, but the owners and employees are what makes this place absolutely amazing. They are super kind and helpful, and the lady in the kitchen is a wonderful cook. Defenitely stay here if you have the chance!

Everything was just perfect. Wayan and his wife a re amazing, nice people. The food in the Warung might be the best Indonesian food I’ve had so far, which means also the breakfast was a delight! The rooms are spacious and clean, you find everything you need. The view is also very nice and it’s quite.

This location is remote... ideal for a complete get-away from noise and hussle. With hindsight, I wanted to do both snorkelling and diving, so it would have been better for me to stay near the harbour, where most of the dive shops are. Mesari cottage did provide a scooter at minimal cost, this was a great advantage.

You couldn't find a kinder or more attentive host than Wayan and his family. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with great AC. Wayan helped us organize a scooter and snorkelling trip. Their restaurant, Warung Forest is also delicious and great value. The location is a little out of the way from the main strip, but there's a handful of restaurants and marts nearby.

the owner is one of the most friendliest people I have ever met. The room is the cleanest I have had in my 4 week travel in bali and his wife made the most delicoious food in their small family warung I have had the last weeks. The location is a little bit out of the way, so you have to rent a monterbike - but the owner manage that too. He also drive my to the ferry (about 30 minutes) for free.

It is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in Bali, towels, sheets, bathrooms are clean, they are very kind, but also taught me to speak some Indonesian language, next time will come back to his home, recommend!!

Wayan and his wife were the kindest hosts I have ever met!! We enjoyed eating delicious home made meals in their warung across the road. Free breakfast was amazing, unlimited coffee and huge pancakes. The room was spotless and very comfortable bed. Working AC and storage space for our bags. Extremely peaceful patio outside our room to listen to nature. Would recommend without a doubt.
