From the moment we arrived, Jeanine and Megan made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm and friendly hospitality. We stayed in Room 3, which features a fantastic balcony where you can take in the stunning views of Knysna. The room itself is spacious and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable L-shaped sofa perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery from indoors as well. Everything was thoughtfully equipped with high-quality fittings, and the bathroom was equally impressive, complete with luxurious toiletries. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices and served in the dining room overlooking lovely views of Knysna. Jeanine truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing helpful local insights and excellent restaurant recommendations. We have never experienced such genuinely friendly service anywhere else and were truly sad to leave.

Das Gästehaus ist etwas höher gelegen und man hat eine fantastische Aussicht über die Lagune von Knysna. Jeanine hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen. Das Frühstück war sensationell. Vielen Dank dafür!

The most amazing views from the breakfast room. The Staff, Jeanine and Ludwig (the owner) were amazing hosts and tended our needs wonderfully... Then the breakfast was fantastic!! We will return :)

Nous avons absolument tout apprécié dans cet établissement. L’accueil a été exceptionnellement chaleureux et, dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Jeanine et toute son équipe ont fait preuve d’une attention remarquable et ont veillé à notre bien-être à chaque instant. Le petit déjeuner était un véritable régal, et la vue sur la baie, aussi bien depuis les chambres que depuis la salle à manger, est tout simplement splendide. Nous aurions volontiers prolongé notre séjour tant l’endroit est agréable. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation.

Location and the view were the highlight of our stay. I must mention though that staff were equally superb. Jeanine and her team went above and beyond to ensure that we had an excellent stay.

Wir haben ganz spontan gebucht – und waren vom ersten Moment an begeistert. Jeanine ist unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Mit ihren persönlichen Restaurantempfehlungen hat sie unseren Aufenthalt noch einmal besonders gemacht und uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, die Badezimmer großzügig geschnitten und makellos sauber. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist einfach traumhaft – sowohl vom Zimmer aus als auch vom Frühstücksraum, in dem Jeanine gemeinsam mit den Hotelbesitzern ein liebevoll zubereitetes, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück serviert. Ein weiteres Highlight war die beeindruckende Wanderung durch die Dünen, die uns von den Damen des Hauses empfohlen wurde – ein echtes Naturerlebnis. Ein Ort zum Ankommen, Wohlfühlen und Bleiben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
