The rooms seem to have been updated and were comfortable.

There was visible water damage on the walls that they obviously painted over, which was soft and bubbling. The new owners apparently are trying to make more money by dividing up the dock space into smaller 20’ slips. I received a phone call from the staff after I booked asking how big my boat is and that my 22’ boat is bigger than the 20’ slips. There was no information in the booking about this and was the main reason I have used this boatel in the past. Stated I may receive a phone call from the manager but I never did. I don’t like being in limbo after I book a stay. The new owner should have an understanding that boats under 20 feet are not common out in the ocean. This makes no sense and I will not use this place again.
