Extremely clean, great staff, very close to anything you might want to do in the middle keys. The pool was very nice with a great pool area. Grounds are well kept and maintained.

Cannot find anything to complain about. The place exceeded our expectations. We booked last minute not knowing if we would have a place to stay and found this wonderful place by accident.

Nice place between islamorada and key west, near the old 7 mile bridge, nice size room. They offered toiletries and clean towels, you could also rent many things like bike and kayaks but we didn't have the time to do it. There's a washing machine and a dryer. Nice outside area.

Just the rooms looking on the main road are a bit noisy because of traffic.

non c’e’ montacarichi per i bagagli, l’ aria condizionata e’ rumorosa, non ci sono tende trasparenti ma solo coprenti, dal rubinetto lavandino usciva solo un filo d’acqua tiepida e non calda, poi il lavandino si e’ intasato ! Sentite cosa mi hanno fatto, veramente scorretto trattare cosi’ i clienti; al check in chiedo la possibilita’ di fare “ late check out”. Mi rispondono che era a pagamento e fino alle 14, avrei dovuto pagare 50$ subito. Acconsento e pago. Alle 12 un’ impiegata viene davanti la camera e mi dice che me ne dovevo andare entro mezzogiorno, altrimenti avrei dovuto pagare altri soldi. Vi sembra professionale? A me pare una truffa !

It was clean, the shower was new and the bathroom was spotless.

It was extremely close to the main highway, hence not a relaxing tranquil location. The marina was hardly that - it was a concrete channel. The description is somewhat misleading. Due to spring break it cost over $300 for a 2 star property. Elsewhere that would provide a 4-5 star experience.

I took my son on a fishing jaunt of FL and we wanted to try the FL Keys. I struggled to find someplace nice and affordable. I booked Coconut Cay. The stay on arrival was amazing, friendly and helpful. We were told about additional amenities that I was not aware of. My son was able to use the complimentary kayak the first night! I did not realize there was a canal right behind our room. If we had a boat, we would have been able to moor it there. Perfect location with everything we needed.

I wish I had known earlier about the washing machine facilities, but I didn't ask. Other than that, everything was great. No complaints and will probably book again.
