Todo excelente, mi corazón se quedó en Granollers, el desayuno rico, el menú a la carta delicioso, excelente personal 👌

El hotel está un poco escondido, pero aun asi tiene fácil acceso y esta a unos minutos de la parada del bus

- im ersten Stock hat es stark gestunken (muss renoviert werden - ich konnte im Floor kaum atmen) - War sehr laut. Im Zimmer neben mir kam sogar am Montag um 4h morgens die Polizei und haben so laut geklopft und dann über 1 Stunde Gespräche geführt, waren kurz weg und dann nochmal- konnte kaum schlafen - Parking omg Katastrophe - versucht nicht in die Tiefgarage zu parken. Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir gesagt es ist gefährlich draußen zu parken - die Garage war schlimmer seeehr eng

Les employés étaient très méchants et pas du tout aimable, sauf la personne qui était à la réception, adorable, mais le reste pourriture. Il faisait également très très froid dans la chambre, impossible de régler la température et nous sommes allés demander une deuxième couverture, mais rien n’était disponible. C’est inadmissible. Nous nous sommes gelés les fesses. En plus les portes qui claquent toutes les deux minutes toute la nuit, c’est catastrophique. Je tiens bien à signaler les employés qu’ils ont été désagréables. Ce sont les personnes qu’ils étaient aux côtés du café car j’avais besoin qu’elle m’ouvre le portail. Ça faisait 10 minutes que j’attendais pour rentrer mon véhicule et elle m’a fait patienter et en me prenant de haut.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this accommodation. The location is convenient for visiting Barcelona, and it takes around 30 minutes to reach the city center. The room was spacious enough, and the internet worked well. The lobby is very useful, especially for business travelers, as it offers enough space to work comfortably. Free motorcycle parking in front of the hotel is also a nice advantage, while garage parking is available for an additional fee. This accommodation is a good option for a short stay, especially for guests who need good access to Barcelona and a practical space for work.

Although I was generally satisfied with my stay, there are a few things that could be improved. The main downside was the breakfast. I paid extra for it, but even though there were still around two hours left before breakfast ended, more than half of the items were no longer available. During the time I was there, the food was not refilled. The staff was okay, but for hospitality, I would expect a slightly higher level of service and friendliness. The room was on the ground floor and had a damp smell, which affected the overall impression, although the room was spacious enough and the internet worked well. The accommodation has good points, but the breakfast, the smell in the room, and the level of service could be improved.
