didn't get my requested king they gave us double full not even queen check in slow. elevator wasn't working had to use service. Bar and food closed early the vending machine was full of ants. I will not return!

"Kansas City Tower hotel not great"

Was hoping to stay in Vegas tower because other reviews said it was nicer. Was told no rooms were available there upon checking.in and had to stay in Kansas City tower. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Big vanity in bathroom. Tub shower hard to get into with no grab bar. Only one chair to sit in and no desk. It definitely needs an update. They said renovations are in process so maybe it will get better. If no renovations, I don’t plan to stay there because they won’t assign the tower until you check in.
