"An exceptional stay"

Our stay was exceptional We arrived at night after a flight, the room was modern spacious and very clean. On the next day we had to return to a connection flight so we took the hotel shuttle with the amazing driver, victor Just take in mind that after 22:00 there is no food nearby.

"Unsatisfactory WC"

The toilet bowl had not been cleaned and there was no toilet roll holder. The bath plug was broken and the body wash dispenser was empty. apart from that, the service and restaurant was good. transfer to the airport was timeous and the driver polite and helpful

"Great hotel"

Great hotel, just stayed the one night as we were landing late but overall clean, tidy and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and everything you needed or wanted. (Buffet style). Would stay again and recommend to anyone needing a hotel in Mestre. Small cost for shuttle bus to and from airport.

Easy shuttle bus from airport, very friendly staff. We only used it as a night stop from the airport to renting a car the next day, was perfect for that.

"In good location, but very dated!"

When we were looking for hotel in Venice, we wanted somewhere closer to the airport due to an early flight. Thats one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel. As well a lot of reciews had very good feedback and thought that all is nice. However when we arrived to the hotel, it's definitely not a 4* hotel, maybe it was one day when it was opened, but today it's probably below even 3*. We booked a family economy room and let me tell you, it was definitely economy. Even though the room was spacious, but appart from that not much to say. The bathroom tiles are cracked, the room is not the cleanest either and very dated. The only good thing at this hotel is location as its easy to get into Venice center by bus and the proximity to the airport. As well the staff, who were always there to help you and friendly. Just wanted to share our opinion as many reviews are wonderful which werw totally confusing, not sure on what its based.
