WorldMark Clear Lake

I go each year with my family. It’s a nice family resort . Kids can be kids and enjoy themselves. If you want to fish it’s right there on the dock. We enjoy coming to worldmark. Very convenient. I just feel staff needs to work better on double booking as there where many over bookings and family’s coming from far being forced to down grade to smaller rooms separating families just to accommodate their timeshare families what was told by staff it’s not okay for someone to pay their cash and get to a resort to be told their room was downgraded to a smaller room because they had to accommodate their timeshare families. It was multiple problems with that. Now that was so unprofessional and it did create a bad experience for families they was to be together and not placed to be separate in two smaller rooms.

Very clean, comfortable beds, roomy. Had a great time.

Clear Lake area is lovely. The area around the property doesn't offer much in terms of shopping / restaurants. There's a well-appointed grocery store (Mar-Vals) in easy driving distance. Walls were a bit thin, we heard neighbor preparing for an outing & slamming doors from 6-6:30am. Bathroom had shampoo / conditioner / body wash containers and 2 were empty on check in.

The property itself is incredible. The restaurants around town the hours of operation are a little hard to figure out but other than that everything was great.

Enjoyed a wonderful girls getaway at WorldMark Clear Lake this past week. We booked through RCI Exchange and the front desk was so helpful with confirming and trying to accommodate our requests! The 1-bedroom ground level unit was so spacious and we were right by the pool & hot tub, which we got to enjoy one of the nights (very big hot tub!). We were also central to Anderson Valley wineries and drove to the coast and to the north to explore the Redwoods. The room was spacious, had all the equipment we would need in the kitchen, and the front desk got us extra towels and trash bags that we needed when we requested them. Just an overall great experience for me and my friends (we were a group of 3) - and plenty of space for everyone!

We have stayed at this property several times, appreciate the customer service, Thank you Patricia(Front desk). They were very kind and accommodated our needs, with certain requests. Greatly appreciate it.

The 1-bedroom suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We were fortunate to have a lake view. The kitchen had everything we needed. Discounts at local wineries were much appreciated, as well!
