We had hail damage to our vehicle in St. Louis, Missouri, and could not make it back to Texas. I called Booking.com and the hotel several times starting Tuesday before the 5/1 checkin to get a refund due to these circumstances. Both companies told me it was nonrefundable but then told me under the circumstances I would get a refund. However, they could not work it out between them and I did not get a refund at all, just the runaround. I am very upset that neither company could handle this. I will ot use booking.com ever again!

very good and open area surrounded by many places to eat activities and quiet environment staff was extremely friendly and helpful when I had a questions that I needed to be answered

the bathroom was not up to my standards or should be for anyone.
