"3 rooms in less than 9 hours. could not stay 2nd day."

Location of hotel. Desk attendant was knowledgeable about spider and moved me quickly to 3rd room.

Had to be moved three times. First room 420 smell like an ash tray( very smokey). Moved to 2nd room 120 which had the largest spider I'd ever seen. I try to kill it and it had a 100 baby spider (sac filled with baby spiders. At 12:10 am moved to 3rd room 140 with dirty linen. couldn't sleep bc I feared spiders. Would like full refund due issues and inconvenience. Also did not stay 2nd day. If it wasn't so late the first night I eould have left then.

The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast was good. The breakfast lady was extremely wonderful with my Autistic Grandson . The rooms was very clean and comfortable. We was close to restaurants and stores like Wal-Mart 👍 and other major stores and the Zoo. We enjoyed our stay . Thank you we will be back
