Absolutely the BEST experience ever. I am very particular where I lay my head and my family as well as I are in transition to a new home so we needed temporary housing for a month. The front desk and house keeping staff is phenomenal! Super CLEAN facilities, fully stocked vending and laundry area! Did I mention CLEAN facilities! The rooms smell fresh, bedding is crisp, and bathroom is great. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I felt safe in the area as well since I work late. Definitely would recommend! Look no further this is your temporary home!

I love the location where the hotel is by the places I like

Upon arrival, I experienced several issues with check-in. I had to engage in multiple conversations with the front desk staff regarding my reservation status. As someone who frequently books hotel rooms, it was evident that a mistake had been made on their end, and the staff member appeared to be adjusting details related to my reservation only after I pointed them out. The situation worsened when my husband arrived, and we discovered a roach crawling out from behind a painting in our room. This was understandably upsetting. However, to their credit, the staff acted quickly and moved us to a different room, where we experienced no further issues. While I appreciate that the team corrected the problem promptly, the overall experience could have been improved with more attention to detail during check-in and stricter cleanliness protocols. A smoother and more professional initial interaction would have set a better tone for our stay.

Excellent staff!! They do excellent service! They go above and beyond to help and satisfy the customer. There is always some available to help and serve. Always fresh breakfast, and they always give you fresh towels and linen. It’s a great environment

Room was not cleaned right. Comb and ring found on floor obviously not vacuum and ledtover food in fridge
