Location, thats all!

Alcázar de María can hardly be considered a hotel; it feels more like a guesthouse. The location is very good, but there is virtually no on-site staff or support, except for the cleaning team, which is only present until 1:00 pm. The overall feeling is similar to staying in someone’s home, sharing the space with people you do not know. The rooms are small, humid, and have a strange smell, which does not give a proper sense of cleanliness. The check-in process is handled by email, and the room key is stored in a lockbox with a fairly obvious code, which made us feel insecure. Additionally, noise from other guests can be disturbing. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially when entering a room that felt more like a cramped and poorly adapted spare bedroom rather than proper accommodation.

Ambiente caratteristico, pulito e confortevole. Personale simpaticissimo.

La situation centrale de l'établissement, à quelques pas de l'Alcazar et de la cathédrale et sa Giralda Nombreux restaurants aux alentours Parking public, payant, Avenue de Roma, à 5 minutes à pieds

Petit déjeuner plutôt basique, préparé par une charmante dame, à la demande (pas sous forme de buffet) Toutes les chambres (rez et premier étage) donnent sur un charmant patio, mais peut être bruyant lors du retour des autres clients le soir.

Breakfast was a bit dissapointing, main light and bedside light and hairdryer didn't work in the room. Very strong cleaning products created a strong smell that was overpowering. Roof terrace was dissapointing.

The location!

The property was very clean, very comfortable bed & close proximity to the Cathedral. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were warm & welcoming.

A localização é super. O alojamento está muito bem decorado, com muito gosto! A comunicação para check in foi tranquila.

Apesar de não estar mal, longe disso, o pequeno almoço poderia incluir mais produtos frescos, caseiros e típicos.

Posizione eccezionale a meno di 5 o 10 minuti da tutte le cose più famose come alcazar, cattedrale, Plaza de espana e ha brevissima distanza dal quartiere triana. Camera molto pulita e carina e i proprietari o il personale della colazione gentile e disponibile

L'unica piccolo difetto è per i miei gusti personali l'obbligo di dover contattarli via mail o via telefono per ottenere i codici per entrare nella struttura Se uno fa check-in dopo le ore 13:00, anche il fatto che la camera era veramente molto piccola e dava esattamente sulla piccola strada quindi non si poteva tenere la finestra aperta senza tende,e inoltre poca insonorizzazione sia verso la strada sia verso il resto della struttura ma comunque si dormiva bene lo stesso.
