Veru friendly staff ,, clean.

It wasn't so much bad as it just wasn't great. Staff very nice and the room seemed clean. I was in rm 104 and it was so dark I felt like I was in a basement.Turning on all the lights was still not sufficient light. I did not feel comfortable having the curtains open bc I was on the ground floor.

First time in Kerrville and Inn of the Hills was a great over night stay. Would definitely stay again next time.

This property is nice but the rooms were a bit dark and outdated. The breakfast buffet was fantastic as was the dining room. Pool area was lovely although we did not use it. Large property with many rooms. Half on the second floor with no elevator. The bar was lively and fun with a country band. Many locals dancing the two step. Starts a 8pm.

Two star property at best. Paper thin walls and room next door was so loud it kept me awake until 1 am. Front desk notified at check out but did nothing to compensate. Tried to justify the noise because they were part of a wedding party. "Newly renovated" room smelled of mildew and was very outdated. No USB plugs to charge phones. At $150 a night it should have been a lot better. Will not go back.

We have stayed before. All the staff were great. Beds are comfortable, patios are wonderful. Tv is small, shower is small, it’s ready for a makeover.

Property and room was super clean and well maintained. The pool is HUGE and very clean for March weather. Lobby and breakfast was very good, but be advised if you book through expedia it does not include a free breakfast.

Convenient location to ingram. Unit we stayed in above small pool, had a terrible couch on porch. Ceiling was slanted making it low. Could hear rattling all night when ac went on and off.
