The bed was okay and the room size was nice

The staff didn’t bother to look at the request for no stairs until we signed in and then we were told there were no down stairs options and directly ask “is that going to be a problem” when we asked about a nearby upscale restaurant we got nasty looks and told the staff there was rude. Our experience at this restaurant was quite pleasant. When you walk into the main office you can see the unfinished work done to the walls and you are greeted by unprofessional people that look like very young adults or teenagers with attitude to match.

Check in was easy and quick. Our bed was large and comfy. It was very simple with the essentials but overall has some room for improvement for maintenance and upkeep. For the value and location, we were happy with our stay

The reviews about the plastic bed, scratchy sheets, and need of renovations are all accurate. However, for the price and value, I have no complaints.

It smelled musty

The bed was actually comfortable, and there were a few things I could see had been remodeled. I used a wipe on surfaces to check for dust and to sanitize, and it seems they were actually relatively clean - they just didn't look very nice.

Essentially it looks like a run-down motel that has been bought and will slowly be fixed up. The lid to the toilet tank didn't fit and was precariously perched on the tank... the deadbolt for the door wouldn't work... I'm not someone who thinks remodels should be done just to update a look, but they should be done for safety and a baseline of aesthetics.
