Orchards Inn

Great view, comfortable bed, perfect location to walk around. We had an inconvenience checking in because it is advertised as a 24/7 front desk but it was not on the main lobby or main entrance. We had to call and we waited for someone to guide us to another hotel where we could check in.

Great view and convenient for dining and shopping.

They did not mention there was no pool anymore and expected my large group to pay an additional $80 per person on top of what we were already paying for the rooms, to use the pool at l’auberge. The reason I chose this hotel was because of the pool. Very disappointed!

Love this property, service is always good and the views are magnificent

Gave us a room recently used by dog owners. Wife had to use a Epipen due to severe allergic reaction. They even had dogs staying in the room next to us that they knew nothing about even though they were barking well after 10 pm. Management (Donald) promised a $120 refund and then ghosted us. For what you get, outdated room, dirty carpet and noise not to mention the funky electrical stink, this place is way overpriced. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Orchards Inn.

Front door guy was truly welcoming. Got in late from driving and was super accommodating.

Great location with a view of Red rocks mountains. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating, we were check in early and always asked about our stay. Thank you for the comfortable stay, we hope to come back again.
