The view. Very convenient location in the heart of town

Currently under construction for remodeling. Check in desk is at sister property (l’ auberge) That led to some inconvenience traveling back and forth.

The location & the amazing view

Arrival & check-in was a nightmare. Booking.com nor the hotel failed to inform us in advance that the property was being demolished. It wasn’t until we arrived at the hotel that one of demolition workers told us that we couldn’t enter the property to check-in. We called the hotel and it took a long time before someone answered and only to be told that we had to check-in at another property and drive back to Orchards Inn to get into our room. The room was nice as it was spacious and the view was amazing; however, it’s extremely dated. Furthermore, as the demolition was happening at the property, the loud noise from outside always started between 6-6:30am.Every morning felt like you were in a construction zone and not on a vacation!!!

The view

Well for one they could have told us that the place was going to be under construction. The website made this place looked way better than it was. Photoshop for sure!

"very disappointing"

The view was OK, but obstructed by a fence. The room was very dark, the bathroom moldy. There was loud construction work going on on the premises. Nobody had mentioned this before.

"Nice stay in Uptown Sedona"

Location was great in Uptown Sedona with amazing views from our room. Some issues with after hour check in little information as to how to proceed. Overall good stay and would recommend for a nice stay close to everything in town
