Orchards Inn

the view from the room was sensational and the room was a good size too

I booked on Booking.com and when I arrived the Orchards put an additional $50 on my credit card which hasn't been released a week later. I contacted the property who were have not been helpful or proactive. This is poor customer service. Separately, the room was tired and would benefit of a make-over

Location was great, walking everywhere in town. Room was incredibly misleading, it was below street level and the view was hindered by a hedge, not at all like in the site photos.

Bathroom: shower was moldy, wood trim rotting at floor level and toilet had problem flushing. Room felt dank. Had no idea our room could be below ground with steps that were steep and unkept (stones broken in places).

Great location in Sedona, good links to adjoining restaurant with breakfast deal, great staff, great view from the room. Like the complimentary water bottles.

Nothing springs to mind

Parking is the only inconvenience, otherwise our stay was really a great experience. Coffee & quick breakfast at lobby. Souvenir water bottle was a plus. And lobby staff was friendly and considerate.

Beautiful view from our porch. Older hotel refurbished and very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic view from the veranda. Good coffee on arrival. Proper glasses and china mugs in room not plastic and cardboard. Right next to town centre but not noisy
