Amazing breakfast. Great room and bathroom. Nice pool. Nice hotel setting. We used the free bicycles, and the free shuttles to Hoi An town and to the beach - all worked out perfectly. And most notable was the amazing hospitality from the hotel staff - they were all so friendly and lovely. We loved the place and extended our stay. Highly recommended.

We spen four nights at the Lotus Hotel and wished we were staying longer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and coudn’t do enough to make sure you were enjoying your stay. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, space enough to rest up from the day’s activities. The highlight of the stay was the Eco Tour and Cooking Demonstration - a really must do. The tour started with a guided bicycle ride to a spot on the river where we took a tub boat tour through the water coconut trees. Cycling back to the hotel via the local market was a great insigh into the way the locals lived. Back at the hotel we were given a introduction into local cooking by the Head Chef and assisted in the preparation fo three local dishes, which we then had for lunch. All up, one of the best experiences we had in Vietnam and highly recommended. Many thanks to our terrific guide Enly!

The hotel amendities and staff were great but I didn't end up having a decent sleep due to the rooster on call am 3am, then 3:30am, then 4:00am, then 4:30am so on.... I think I only got about 4 hours sleep in total.

Fantastic accommodation,all staff were very friendly ,helpful about local knowledge,places to visit and where to shop. Essentially they could not do enough to make sure we were happy wit our holiday. The hotel meals were great,and, all prices good,about the same as shopping locally without having to go out into the extremely busy local shopping area. I would definitely recommend to others and rate the hotel as way above the 3star rating. Pool just great, free transport to beaches,old town,both about 10 mins from hotel driving,they even charged my iPad daily without cost and always with a friendly smile. Great location,free push bikes,for those who dare to go into local very very busy traffic....yes we did try the bikes,and,had a daring day on motorbikes as well I would rate this hotel at least 4star,so clean and friendly,just perfect. Ps take local staff advice on where to shop ,way better than dealing with old town market,where the prices seem to depend on what they think you can afford/or where you are from . Do not buy at market until you have had a good look around and avoid any deals with the tailors until you have checked prices with those nearby the hotel or recommended by hotel,same for shoes.

Great boutique hotel with lovely pool and awesome staff. Hotel is half way between old town and Cua Dai beach and they run a free shuttle service.

Beautiful grounds, great pool, friendly warm staff. The rooms are clean and spacious, ours had a balcony overlooking the grounds. Stepping off the busy street, you feel you are in a hidden oasis. There were 9 of us (4 adults and 5 kids) and we were able to book bikes for the whole day as long as we told the staff the day before. a 15 minute bike ride to the left took us to the beautiful beach where the hotel has a private strip for guests; to the right took us into the old town. Within walking distance is the local market where we often went for an authentic Ban Mi (bread with meat).

Staff were always friendly and helpful. There was a lot of choice at breakfast. There is a shuttle to and from the beach and the old Town though there could be some improvement to the times. The hotel bar and restaurant are well priced and do a 241 happy hour

We stayed in June for a week as part of a large group for a wedding. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, also highly reccomend the BBQ buffet if you're there on the nights they do one! The pool was lovely but in the hot weather the water was pretty warm which was a shame. Reallly the only downside. I had a massage which was incredible, and there are free bikes for hotel guests which you can take to the beach (15-20 min ride or 5 mins in a taxi/free shuttle bus), or Hoi An old town (10 mins by bike or a few mins by taxi/shuttle). We also rode through the rice paddies nearby and saw buffalo. An amazing week!

Absolutely loved staying here, the staff just exceeded my expectations. The hotel is nice, quiet & has all the facilities you require. Halfway between beach & town, courtesy bus & free bicycles. Would definitely stay here again. Staff are amazing!
