Spotless hotel, perfect location, pool huge, staff amazing and super helpful. Beach just across the prom!

Could do with a proper sit down a la carte restaurant in evening as an option.

The pool and spa area were excellent and well-maintained. Super clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel had a quiet and nice atmosphere thanks to the other guests. Good location.

The elevator system was extremely frustrating. The elevators stop on virtually every floor, and when traveling down, they often go up first before eventually going down (and vice versa). As a result, simply leaving the hotel can take 15–20 minutes. If you forget something in your room, you can easily lose another 30-40 minutes just waiting for and riding the elevators. This felt completely unreasonable and significantly affected the overall experience. The breakfast food was tasty, but the selection was very repetitive. After three days, there was little variety left to choose from, making longer stays less enjoyable.

Obiekt pięknie położony przy samym morzu. Szum fal uspokajał mnie bardzo. Wybraliśmy ten obiekt, żeby odpocząć i faktycznie odpoczęliśmy, bo był spokój, dyskrecja i uprzejmy personel. Zdecydowanie na pochwałę zasługuje przepyszna kuchnia. Jedzenie było codziennie urozmaicone, bardzo duży wybór i przepyszne. Z chęcią wrócę do tego hotelu.

Nie mam uwag

Sauberes und ruhiges Hotel. Gutes Essen mit großer Auswahl. Um Probleme (defektes Türschloss am Zimmer) wurde sich direkt gekümmert. Zudem ein großes Plus: Handtücher zum Reservieren wurden vor 9 Uhr rigoros von den Liegen am Pool entfernt.

Besser zu den Randzeiten essen gehen, ansonsten wird es sehr trubelig. Zudem baulich wohl schwierig, aber ein Hotel mit fast 400 Zimmern mit nur 4 Aufzügen zu betreiben, ist grenzwertig. Teils wartete man über 10 Minuten oder ging dann die in unserem Fall 4 Etagen nach oben.

The location was perfect also our view from the balcony was so good, the food was amazing and the staff was so friendly.

Un super séjour, c'est un gros complexe mais on s y est vraiment senti très bien. Notre chambre était vraiment très belle avec une vue mer magnifique. Les piscines vraiment très agréables , nous y avons d ailleurs passé énormément de temps !!! Le buffet nous a également beaucoup plu grande variété de plat, donc forcément toujours quelque chose qui plaît et même trop !!! Régime obligatoire après....Le personnel est à féliciter ( surtout aux repas car ils bossent et ne se menagent pas ) , mais tout les employés sont à féliciter. De plus nous avons trouvé que c était calme, rarement aussi peu de bruit dans un hôtel , les clients étaient respectueux et sûrement l hôtel bien insonorisé . Félicitations à la responsable qui a la gentillesse d avoir un petit mot pour chacun. Désolé je ne vois pas de points négatifs et je serais très contente de revenir , tout comme mon mari.
