For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 10 fee applies. For nonrefundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorized. For stays of more than 2 nights, an express cleaning is performed, without change of sheets and towels, and end of stay cleaning is included. For stays of 7 to 29 nights, a weekly cleaning is included with a change of sheets and towels, as well as the end of stay cleaning. For reservations of more than 5 rooms or 12 people, special conditions apply. Bachelor parties and other such parties are not permitted in this establishment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
