Very modern up to date room styling. Nice size room.

The bathroom fan made a loud screeching noise for the first minute or two. We left it on the whole time we were there so we didn't have to hear that sound again which kept a light on and the bathroom door did not close. The room also had roaches crawling on the walls, on the shower. Big ones and small ones. The bottom of the door shows the outside anything can crawl in.

The lady working night shift when I checked in was nice. The lobby was nice

Okay, I checked in really late Friday, and at first I thought this is nice judging by the lobby…. Until… I got to my room and the door was messed up you had to basically force it to open up. Then once I got into the room, and I took my shoes off the floor was disgusting it turned my feet black as if it hadn’t been mopped or cleaned in weeks. I had to wash my feet and wear my shoes the whole time in the room. I then decided since my feet got dirty from the floor I’d go take a shower.. mistake. The bath tub was very dirty. Black gunk was all in the tub and just filthy. My fiancé had to buy cleaner and scrub the tub him self which we shouldn’t have to do considering I paid for this room and expected it to be clean. After all the bed linen was stained on top or just not washed. The fridge had dirt on the handle and a few dead nats on it. I didn’t get any stay over service during my stay.. no changing of the towels or trash taken out which I was hoping to come back to the room from my nephews graduation to shower and all but didn’t because towels were changed out and just felt defeated after everything. To top it off it should be advertised that the pool is filthy filled with green slimy water and out of order because I was expecting to be able to swim but that just wasn’t an option. The only good thing about my stay was the tv and the lady who was working the night I checked in. I basically only slept there because I had not other option considering I paid for this room and didn’t have money to check out and find another place to stay.

The fact that I booked a room with the hot tub inside for my anniversary and it was broken when we got there. The fact that they even let you book the room knowing it was broken is baffling to me. Not to mention the strong disgusting odor of marijuana that came into our room the whole night and outside our room was ridiculous. Check out time was 11am we left at 845 in the morning. Didn’t even eat the complimentary breakfast.

Had a guy that lived there try to sell me and my wife cocaine and was very sketchy and wouldn't stop talking to us , made us very uncomfortable

Our room was in disrepair, all wall fixtures had been removed with just old holes on walls, not even painted over, bath fixture hanging out of wall, air vents seriously disgusting, stains on chair, so gross.

From check-in we waited and no one was at front desk to welcome us. We waited 20 minutes before someone appeared. We got to room, hand towels were filthy like they cleaned with them. Floors in bathroom was dirty. Bath tub was nasty looking. And most disappointing of all is we found bedbugs in the room after my son and myself got bitten. We were traveling for AAU ball.
