Some of the items that were served for breakfast were definitely not fresh (gravy for the biscuits and the biscuits were very hard)

Not much.

The room was in disrepair. Corners and walls were chipped and peeling paint. We did not sleep under the covers as it looked like the sheets had not been changed after the last residents. I did not sleep well, as the bed gave me the creepy crawlies. Free breakfast was ok The waffles were good but all else seemed stale and dried out. Not much to choose from.
