Hotel propre et proximité du centre de toulouse. Lit très confortable. Pas de nuisances sonores. On trouve facilement des places de parking autour de l’hotel. Amabilité du personnel de l’hotel.

Super emplacement, à côté du métro, pas loin de la gare, facile d'accès. L'équipe est géniale, vous pouvez compter sur elle en cas de besoin.

Logement magnifique, très bon équipement, rapport qualité prix au top et personnel à l'écoute tout de même.

Le logement ne pouver pas être récupéré plus tôt dans la journée mon voyage étais long avec une arrivée prévue tôt j'ai n'ai put y rentrer qu'à partir de 15h.

The hotel was very basic in a quiet neighborhood, but the staff were unprofessional, especially the young, dark-skinned man at the front desk. We were given a room with a broken window and a hole in the glass. I reported the problem the next morning because I only just noticed the problem. The window looked like someone shot as it was impossible for a stone to have landed on the 5th floor. The staff was surprised that the window was broken. At first, they told me they didn't have a room to change, but we asked to return in the afternoon, so we did. Eventually, they found a room to change, but the attitude was strange: no apologies, no compensation. The room didn't even have tea, coffee, sugar, etc., the basic amenities found in other similar hotels. I wouldn't recommend it.
