Horrible experience

We absolutely loved our room! We booked a King Suite; it was very spacious and comfortable! It was also very clean. There was plenty of grass area for our two dogs to potty. Front desk staff were very nice and polite even though they were very busy with many people checking-in because of Hurricane Milton — they stayed polite & professional. Also! They do return the security deposit! I usually pay security deposit fee on other bookings and I was get told it would go back to my card but never does. I was shocked to see they actually did returned it back to my debit card.

If I have to choose one bad thing it might be the room’s curtains. I wish they were a little longer so people can’t see through the cracks. Overall we liked our stay.

Needs to be updated. Hotels needs update rooms inside. Only one chair inside room. Have my breakfast on the bed. Ridiculous!

The room is so dirty

Unexpected large deposit and the lobby smelled like a nasty bathroom. Poor customer service. The room was decent but no dishes or pot for the kitchen with stove burners. Why have a kitchen with no dishes? We wont be back.

There is a new gas station near by and USPS is just next to the motel. I I like the kitchen. But they better to improve their laundry facility.
