"SPORCO SPORCO SPORCO!!! Never again!"

La posizione, a pochi passi dal mare e dal litorale.

PULIZIA PESSIMA! SPORCO!!! Nonostante i continui solleciti alla reception, la donna delle pulizie a l secondo piano NON CAMBIAVA gli asciugamani anche se sporchi e lasciati a terra. Non puliva il pavimento, la sera trovavamo la camera ancora sporca con sabbia a terra, capelli e sporcizia. I personale alla reception si scusava ogni dera,ma il giorno dopo era lo stesso, sono venuti anche in camera a controllare che era sporca,il bagno INGUARDABILE! Ci hanno dato un buono per fare colazione gratis 1 giorno nell'hotel di fronte. Balconcino sporco da tempo, sedie fuori sporche e arrugginite. Vasca da bagno sporca. L'hotel non è all'altezza del prezzo che si paga! È un albergo ad 1 stella...forse...Da non più di 50€ a notte x 2

"Near beach with nice staff."

Room was fine but a bit more expensive than it should have been. This product would have been better value a few years ago. Accom in Palma, even outside is now quite expensive. Staff were nice, the bus transport was excellent & the area lovely in the sunshine. Palma 15 min away by bus.

La colazione e la posizione a pochi minuti dal centro di Palma

Non posso confermare le recensioni precedenti che leggendole mi hanno fatto prenotare in questo hotel pagandolo anche troppo. il personale non è molto disponibile dopo che un giorno la nostra camera non era stata pulita e ho dovuto dire di farlo. In generale la pulizia non veniva fatta prima delle 15:00 del pomeriggio. L'ascensore non si chiude bene, la porta della camera non aveva il pomello per chiuderla dall'interno e le sdraio esterne per la piscina era rovinate e sporche.

The People are so nice and helpful 10/10, the Hotel is on a perfect place at the beach with supermarkets, restaurant and all what you need. The Rooms are okay...

The Shower is old and not really clean.
