Nice staff. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was pretty good. Really like the Gentleman that worked the night shift at the front desk.

I did not like the "surprise cash deposit" of $50 before check in. I did not know about this. And I did not understand why some guests were charged $40, for same type room I had. The biggest disappointment was I did NOT get my deposit back. I had sent a brief message inquiring as to when can I get it returned. NO REPLY. I was informed that I had to get it when I checked out! News to me! I've heard same story from other guests & read same in reviews. That is my only complaint! Other than the deposit thing, this is a comfortable, safe, clean place.

Dirty floors, if you walk barefoot after taking a bath, your feet turn black. The only power outlets near the bed had the wire cut, and was unsuable. TV didnt have any service. The shower curtain doesnt stop water from leaking out of the tub, so you have to dry the floor after showering. When i checked out early, i asked for a refund for my remaining paid nights, and the lady at the desk said they dont do it directly, but I can get it through the service i booked the stay with. When i contacted an Expedia agent, they called the hotel to confirm, and they told him they dont issue refunds.
