Overall good stay. Clean room with all standard amenities. Conveniently located. Onsite restaurant is pretty decent.

Hotel was newly renovated and staffs are friendly.

Professional and nice staff! Clean room. Very pleased and closed to subway about 5 min walking from hotel to metro.

The room I got was a business roomand it was almost perfect. The toilet is a bidded toilet with the almost same functions u can get from a normal japan toilet. THE SEAT WAS HEATED! which was good as i was in beijing during the winter. The room was big and the bed was wide. There is a working humidifier in the room which they fill up every day if u use that i highly recommend u do. Staff was friendly but it was funny as the counter staff was not able to communicate in English but the concierge was able to communicate quite well. so if u want anything just ask the bell boys. There was a 24 hour Room service which accomodates u if u are a muslim. just tell them that u are not able to eat pork and they will tell u if u can eat or not. But for muslims, instead of room service, just head down there is 2 halal restaurants nearby at the back of the hotel. almost just a 1 or 2 mins walk. 1 of the restaurants is quite obvious while the other is a few shops away at the back. Do explore. Location: is great. There is a supermarket across the street and many eatries. All in all i truly enjoyed my stay in beijing due to this hotel.

like the power toliet so much. The staff there was so friendly, helped me with a delivery and taxi when we checked out in the early morning.

The bedroom is quiet, comfortable and clean. No room service and internet is very slow. Breakfast restaurant is OK. Roast duck restaurant was very good. Not many staff speak or understand English, and just smile and walk away when asked anything. Service level is of a low standard.

The hotel was recommended by a Chinese friend. It’s close to her house. The staff is very nice and eager to please. Not much English spoken but enough to get by especially with a translator app. Breakfast is not included and a bit pricy (about 16 is dollars) It’s a huge buffet and no choice of a simple option. There is a Starbucks knock off i. The lobby though. The room is not fancy but perfectly good. Close to a metro. Good value

good location, 5 minutes walk to subway station. Close to north south train station and west train station. The hotel room is ok, but there is a smoking smell in room.
