Le personnel de ménage parlent à haute voix à 7h du matin, aucun respect pour les chambre ou les gens qui dorment

I have been staying at Novotel during every visit to Cairo for the past three years. The staff is exceptionally polite and supportive. Ali and Farah went above and beyond to assist me during a particularly challenging time. I sincerely appreciate their efforts, along with the outstanding service provided by the entire team.

My room was on the 5th floor, and there was some faint equipment noise, likely from the AC unit above, but it was tolerable.

The location. recently renovated.

the towels not white enough and there should be more attention to the details especially cleanness

Freundliches Potenzial

Zimmer muffig, hat sehr unangenehm gerochen Frühstück war leider auch wirklich nicht gut. Da das eigentlich die Zwei Hauptkriterien auf Dienstreisen sind, war es eher eine Enttäuschung - vorallem für 140€ die die Nacht.
