"Nice hotel for short stays."

Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable, and staff were professional and helpful. The food was also decent.

The pool wasn't heated during our stay.

Pleasant staff. Nice pool and green area. Quiet and safe.

Arrangement of bathroom means toilet is difficult to access behind door and floor gets very wet from shower. You must press the door button to get the room cleaned, which no one tells you, so one day I didn’t have any towels because they were all sopping wet on the floor! Some towels feel very rough and old. Housekeeping is also a bit hit and miss in replenishment of creamer and coffee. Room colours are a bit gloomy if you are staying for a week. Pool was too cold to swim in.

I requested a non connecting room upon check in Salem from reception confirmed then gave me a room with connecting door I had no time to change the room I came back after midnight they changed with another room after the move I found the AC very noisy and loud didn't sleep well the whole night then upon check out I told them about my complaint they didn't even apologize and only they care to charge me because I got double room
