Der var ikke rent, det levede slet ikke op til de billeder og det man kunne læse om hotellet. Morgenmaden var så dårlig, der manglede konstant opfyld, maskiner der hele tiden var ude af drift, der hvor man kunne sidde udenfor var så beskidt og slet ikke gjort klar til at der kom gæster. Yoghurten var så grynet og når dette blev påtaget gik de ud og smid det ud og kom ind med samme skål uden den blev skyllet af og den samme ind tørret og yoghurt på kanterne.

Appartamento pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. Perfetta la posizione per Disneyland , offre una comoda navetta gratuita per il parco. Volendo anche a piedi non è distante , piu o meno 25 minuti dall'ingresso. Personale molto cordiale, ha anche una piscina riscaldata!

Most of what we experienced was great, good staff, well placed.

There is no Aircon, no built in fans. So being there in June with people across 3 rooms, one of them being a 9 month old was frustrating. After explaining I needed something to help keep my family cool, they offered 1 floor fan for the whole apartment. Because in the heat they couldn't afford to give us a fan per room. This single thing put a huge damper on the experience. I did not realise I had to filter for aircon. That is on me, but at the least, after having it explained to me that they only have heating in the rooms; It should be reasonable to at least have a floor fan per room. And this should be offered at check-in or already in the room, not hours after check-in and wondering why the 'cooling on' function of the thermostat doesn't seem to be cooling anything.
