Spacious room, good food, quiet ambience, friendly staffs, basically everything was perfect

It’s charm, great helpful staff especially when there was a problem with the plumbing. The cafe staff were always on time and super attentive for breakfast cos I was early

The plumbing need better maintenance - room had to be changed cos the toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor (and it wasn’t clean water) however that said I was upgraded to a garden room. While that sounds great, one had to keep the doors closed for privacy so it wasn’t as nice as a balcony

We were a party of 7, staff were very happy and obliging, always a smile, comfortable stay, resort is a little tired, needs some renovations and upgrades, but saying that a great time had by all.

Definitely not enough sun lounges by the pool, everyday a hassle, and some very cranky people, the property should buy more. Some of the pool towels also need replacing.

All areas of the hotel were clean. The room was large with a very large bathroom. We enjoyed the plunge bath on the balcony. The hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere and definitely did not feel like a corporate hotel. The beach was not accessible from the hotel as some trees had fallen after stormy weather. There was a wide variety of options for breakfast including an egg station and a noodle station.
