Friendly and helpful staff

I really loved the peaceful beachfront atmosphere at Lone Pine. The location is perfect quiet and relaxing, yet still close to great food spots and attractions. The rooms were comfortable, the surroundings felt calm and exclusive, and the beach view was absolutely beautiful. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy quality time.

Honestly, nothing much to complain about. Everything was nice and comfortable. Maybe the only small suggestion is to extend the welcoming drink hours, or have a self service drink jar available, so guests who arrive later can still enjoy it. That would be a nice extra touch.

The quiet n expansive lawn ambience n location n middling no of rooms make for a less intrusive crowd. The food, breakfast n at the Restaurant were tasty n ample. The managing staff at the floor were amiable and very pleasant.

The absence of small things like room slippers was annoying as the wooden floors retain dirt etc easily. The service section were tardy; the extra mug n a little spoon I requested took one hour and two calls to be supplied.The cleaners need more training from my experience; left the dustbins in the wrong place n had to be told to clean the dirt off the floor.
