Staff was kind.

Couldn't connect accounts to TV (Netflix, Hulu), shower floor was extremely slippery (handicap room), could hear the people in the next room over having sex, poop or bloody booger on the wall in the bathroom, very limited gluten free options for breakfast, outlet behind night stand has many things plugged into it (seems it could be a fire hazard), the quality of the room is not worth the price (it was advertised as a much nicer room than actually is)

The staff was friendly and pleasant. The bed was comfortable

The bathtub had someone else's hair it it. My bath towel had holes in it and the bedsheets were dirty!! We booked a room with a kitchenette, but there were no pots, pans, dishes or silverware to use. The kitchenette sink didn't have hot water.
